Pacific Edge Architectural Engineering is a Southern Oregon based engineering firm serving Oregon and California specializing in the structural design of custom residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects of any size. Additionally, Pacific Edge Engineering provides seismic retrofit design, structural investigation reports, retaining wall design, and slope stabilization and erosion control design.
Founded in 2002 by principal architectural engineer Scott French, at Pacific Edge Engineering we pride ourselves on carefully and mindfully addressing the needs of our clients, and our ability to provide insightful and timely design solutions.
R. Scott French, P.E.
Scott has been in the architectural engineering business since 1988. He specializes in structural design civil engineering, and construction management. Areas of expertise include structural design and detailing using wood, structural steel, concrete, and masonry. Additionally, Scott has expertise in structural seismic retrofitting, retaining wall design, coastal construction, slope stability, and erosion control.
